If I try to run this program, you can see that it prints you are an adult. As you can see, the variable age is 18 that means it is coming under the if condition.

You can just use if condition but else is used to handle age cases more easily. One thing is to notice that this else condition is an optional. Then I will just have a else condition, else console.log I can say you are not yet an adult. I want to say if age is greater than equal to 18, then I will open up those curly brackets and I'll just print out console.log. Here what I will do is, I'll just create a variable let's say age, and let's make it 18. Now, let's also see an example here to understand if and else condition.
